Grupo Valle del General is a family business founded on November 27, 1993, by Doña Flor (R.I.P.) and Don Roger, an enterprising couple who took a leap of faith.
With immense courage and determination, they decided to leave behind the stability of their government jobs to pursue a shared dream: to build a sustainable venture that honored and protected the environment.
Proving that great ideas sprout from true commitment and passion, they embarked on this journey using nothing more than the utensils from their own home kitchen.

On November 27, Doña Flor and Don Roger officially establish the project. Armed with modest resources but endless ambition, their personal home utensils were used to welcome and serve their very first guests.
A passionate lover of both culinary arts and plants, Doña Flor—who now rests in peace—ensured that her love for nature was beautifully printed onto every detail, living up to her name in every corner.
A natural visionary and entrepreneur at heart, Don Roger provided the strategic direction, structure, and essential drive required to transform their family aspirations into a solid, growing reality.
Throughout the years, the couple didn't just build a thriving business; they also raised their three children under the core values of hard work, sustainability, and absolute reverence for the surrounding environment.
Today, Grupo Valle del General proudly continues its journey under the leadership and administration of Verónica and Diego.
They keep their parents' dreams and illusions alive, guiding the company forward into the future through modern innovation while staying deeply committed to nature and the heartfelt hospitality that defined their roots.
